PS Cup Lid Production Line Plan

Shanghui Machinery Factory has made the following plans for the production of hot and cold beverage lids:

1. Model selection:

HSVF-500 Automatic High Speed Air Compression Forming Machine

PP-800 automatic cutting machine

2. Capacity:

Take the 80MM caliber cold drink lid as an example:

Die row: 4 X 6 = 24 pieces/die

Forming sheet used: 0.28 X 610 MM

Daily output:

24 pieces/mold X 26 times/minute X 60 minutes X 22 hours/day = 823680 pieces/day

3. Staffing

Start-up and refueling: 1 person

Product Cleaning Check Into Plastic Bag Sealing Label: 3 Persons

Into the carton Sealed carton Upper cardboard: 1 person

4, Ancillary equipment:

Vacuum pump (equipped with the machine), chiller, air compressor

5. Mold replacement:

The design of this production line is more user-friendly in mold replacement. The mold locking on the forming machine uses pneumatic clamping without tools.

The forming die and the notch die are all positioned, and the repeated die change time is short. If the mold has been debugged and all parameters are saved, it only takes 1 hour from mold installation to normal production.

6. Mould price:

Forming aluminum mold: about 40,000 to 60,000

Cutting metal mold: about 60,000 to 80,000

The above depends on the shape and forming process of the lid.
